We contract web hosting and e-mail services from PCextreme. PCextreme processes personal details on our behalf and does not use your details for its own purposes. PCextreme has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal details. PCextreme is bound by contract to observe secrecy.
Email and mailing lists through ActiveCampaign
We send our email newsletters with ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail which is sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. Profiling tool via BlueConic
For building individual customer profiles, we use an online engagement software, BlueConic. This software progressively builds an individual customer profile across different channels, from the first touch of an anonymous customer to a known customer. This allows us to dynamically segment and serve you with the most relevant content and/or products based on your profile.
Online advertising via Facebook and/or Instagram
On our website, we use a Facebook pixel, which helps us to send your online surfing behaviour to Facebook. This pixel allows us to run relevant campaigns based on your preferences and interests. It also allows us to run social media campaigns for people with similar preferences and interests.
